From a teenager’s website to a Solutions Partner, the mark grew with the company. The X has been in it since 2008. Today it is four arrows pointing to the centre.
Twenty-five years with Microsoft
It all began in 2001 with a simple website dedicated to Windows XP. What started as a hobby project quickly grew into CentrumXP, one of Poland’s most popular technology portals focused on Microsoft technologies. In 2005, that passion evolved into a professional business, and Onex Group was born.
Jakub Hryciuk, aged 15, starts CentrumXP.
Aged just 15, Jakub Hryciuk launches CentrumXP, a website dedicated to Microsoft products.
The hobby becomes a company.
The business is formally founded under the CentrumXP name.
We start selling Microsoft software.
We launch mail-order sales of Microsoft software, starting with Windows XP and Office 2007 packages.
E-learning joins the offer.
We start selling e-learning training courses on Microsoft products.
Our first Office 365 licence.
We sell our first Office 365 Small Business Premium licence.
Microsoft Partner of the Year for SMB.
Just two years after we started selling Office 365, we receive the Microsoft Partner of the Year title for the SMB market.
Microsoft Country Partner of the Year.
We win Microsoft Country Partner of the Year for Poland.
A worldwide Partner of the Year finalist.
We are named an international finalist for Microsoft Small & Midmarket Cloud Solutions Partner of the Year.
Our software house is born.
We spin off our in-house development department as a separate software house.
CentrumXP becomes onex.store.
The CentrumXP shop is replaced by onex.store, an e-commerce platform offering hardware, software and services for consumers and SMBs.
