Introduction
Take part in a full-day workshop where we show how to use Copilot and Copilot Studio in real B2B marketing scenarios – from creating a customer Digital Twin, through managing campaigns and projects, to personalised follow-up after webinars.
You won't just see how it works – you will build your own agent step by step, from a basic version (chat) to a more advanced, team version in Copilot Studio. Finally, you will learn which conditions (licences, data, processes) need to be in place to deploy the solution in your company.
Terms of participation: the event is free of charge and registration is mandatory. All applications are verified, and confirmation of participation is sent in a separate email.
Who it's for
- You work in a marketing team of three or more people, where collaboration, information sharing and well-organised processes are key.
- Your responsibilities include running campaigns, generating and nurturing leads, increasing conversion from lead generation campaigns, and creating and scaling B2B content.
Held in Polish.
Key points of the event
- Customer Digital Twin (an agent that gathers knowledge about the customer). You build an agent that collects and organises customer data (persona, interviews, documents, notes) to support communication and campaign planning.
- Campaign communication (briefs and a central campaign agent). You create a solution that gathers all campaign assumptions, expectations and data in one place, reducing the number of meetings and information chaos.
- Managing marketing projects. You see how an agent in Copilot Studio can monitor task statuses, documents and campaign stages, and answer questions about current progress.
- Personalised follow-up after a webinar or event. You practise creating individual post-event communication based on survey data, participant responses and engagement.
